Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

    Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and rest after your journey. Explore Kathmandu if time permits.

  • Day 2: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m)

    Take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of the trek. Enjoy picturesque landscapes and rural villages along the way. Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

  • Day 3: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m)

    Begin the trek from Syabrubesi, following the Langtang River upstream. Pass through lush forests and charming Tamang villages. Reach Lama Hotel and rest for the night.

  • Day: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430m)

    Continue the trek through dense forests of rhododendron and pine. Ascend gradually along the trail, enjoying scenic views of the surrounding mountains. Arrive at Langtang Village, a traditional settlement with Tibetan influence. Overnight stay in Langtang Village.

  • Day 5: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m)

    Trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa, a scenic monastery. Pass through yak pastures and small streams along the way. Reach Kyanjin Gompa and explore the monastery and surrounding areas. Overnight stay in Kyanjin Gompa.

  • Day 6: Acclimatization Day at Kyanjin Gompa

    Rest and acclimatize at Kyanjin Gompa. Optional hike to Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri for panoramic mountain views. Explore the local cheese factory and interact with the Sherpa community. Overnight stay in Kyanjin Gompa.

  • Day 7: Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2,380m)

    Begin the descent back to Lama Hotel, retracing the trail. Enjoy the downhill trek and the changing landscapes. Overnight stay in Lama Hotel.

  • Day 8: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi

    Trek from Lama Hotel back to Syabrubesi. Reflect on your journey and enjoy the final views of the Langtang region. Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

  • Day 9: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu

    Drive back from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Free time for shopping, relaxation, or exploring more of Kathmandu.

  • Day 10: Departure from Kathmandu

    Depending on your flight schedule, depart from Kathmandu for your onward journey.
